 MY ROLE

GAME DESIGNER

  • Designed the initial idea of having object possession in the game mixed with time manipulation to create a deep and meaningful gameplay.

  • Designed the different object properties and abilities to give the player a variety of choices to solve a single puzzle.

  • Added comedic styles to each object mechanic to enhance the theme  and immersive level of the game.

  • Gave the human AI in the game a distinct personality via speech bubbles, to show the liveliness of the area and not make the game seem boring and flat.

  • Balanced each dynamic object with the AI to give players more buffer time to react to each situation to complete the puzzle.

2D ARTIST

  • Researched on different environmental props which exists in real life offices, laboratories and similar buildings to give a better sense of the environment.

  • Created all the 2D game assets with a sense of cartoon/anime reactions for thematic purposes, using Photoshop.

  • Made sure the dynamic objects stand out from the huge masses of static objects and humans in order for players to have smooth gameplay without having to constantly find what they should be clicking on.
